The global collapse of the supply chain financier, Greensill Capital, earlier this year made headlines all over the world. In March, Dr Michael Frege, the insolvency administrator appointed to Greensill Bank AG, sought recognition of the German insolvency proceedings in Australia.
Our panel - the lawyers who acted for the foreign insolvency practitioner - will provide you with insights into the legal and commercial aspects of the application and more generally, the key trends and pitfalls observed in cross-border insolvency proceedings.
